Product Dispatch

Upon confirming the order the plant is dispatched 12 – 15 days later, that’s the time we need to get all the paperwork done with the entity responsible for the exportation of native plants in Guatemala (CONAP)

One day before the product leaves Guatemala, the customs broker is responsible for issuing a message to the customer with the status and itinerary of their order.

On the day you are scheduled to leave the country, the customs agent sends a copy of all the documents by email.
